Dear Vendor,

You are cordially invited to showcase your business during the 54th Annual Homecoming Events sponsored by Central/Eastern Wayne Alumni & Friends, Inc. Homecoming weekend will be held May 22 – May 25, 2026 in Goldsboro, North Carolina. We are expecting over 500 alumni, students and community members, offering a great opportunity for exposure and sales.

Event Highlights:

Date: May 22 - May 23, 2026

Time: 5:00 pm Setup on Friday at the Maxwell Center (Hall of Fame Banquet) & Breakdown: 9:00 pm

8:00 am Setup on Saturday at the CEWA Property (Homecoming Cookout) & Breakdown: 4:00 pm

7:00 pm Setup on Saturday at the Maxwell Center (Scholarship Dance) & Breakdown: 10:00 pm

Location: The Maxwell Center on Wayne Memorial Drive and CEWA Property on New Hope Road in Goldsboro, NC

Vendor Fee: $50.00 per event for Apparel, Handbags, Ceramics and other non-food items (non-refundable)

$75.00 for Food Vendors at Homecoming Cookout (non-refundable)

Zeffy Information

Note: VENDOR FEE OPTION (Zeffy without Fees)

We use Zeffy, a free platform for nonprofits that ensures 100% of raised funds go towards Central/Eastern Wayne Alumni & Friends. Zeffy is funded solely by contributions or tips from donors. You can consider supporting them at the end of your transaction. Zeffy currently has a tip default rate based on the dollar amount, however you can select a different contribution or tip amount by clicking "Other" in the dropdown.

Example: $50 Vendor Fee + 17.00% (8.50) = Total USD $58.50

Central/Eastern Wayne Alumni & Friends will receive $50 (100% of your Vendor Fee)

Zeffy's default contribution or tip request of $8.50 (17%) is OPTIONAL

After the payment window opens and you press CONTINUE, a default Zeffy tip percent will be displayed in the dropdown list

In the Summary Section, you will see something like the following:
