Below is the online process for creating an individual campaign, creating a team or joining a team.  

On the Legacy Walkathon campaign page, Click the action button: Select "Fundraise" 

Choose your path: Opt to (1) Create a team, or (2) Join an existing team or (3) do Individual (Solo) fundraising

1. To create a team, select the "Create a team" button

• Enter details: Team name, set a campaign target/goal, your personal name and email address.
• You can even add a team or personal photo
• Click Create team

After saving your information, you will receive a unique personal campaign link via email to share with your family, friends and others. 

Note: Below is what the email will look like.                                                                                         

         Clicking on the "View your campaign" button will provide the link to share your campaign with others.

Note: With your campaign link, you can email or text the link to others to start receiving donations from them.

2. To Join a team, select the "Join a team" button

• Enter details: Click the download arrow to view the list of teams and make a selection
• Set a campaign target/goal that you would like to reach as a part of the team selected 
• Input your personal name, email address, and set a campaign target/goal.
• You can even add a team or personal photo
• Click Join team

3. As an individual or solo campaign, select the "Solo campaign" button

• Set a campaign target/goal that you would like to reach as a part of the team selected 
• Input your personal name, email address, and set a campaign target/goal.
• You can even add a team or personal photo
• Click Create campaign

Note: If you have any problems or need to remove a created team/individual campaign, please contact us via email @ cewalumni@centraleasternwaynealumni.org

Easy Steps to Fundraise Online:

• Click the "Create Individual or Team Page" Button below to take you to the Legacy Walkathon campaign page on Zeffy.  Once completed, you'll be able to receive donations online.

• If you already have a team that you want to join, please Click the "Join a Team" Button below to take you to the "Become a Fundraiser" page on Zeffy.

Calling ALL Central HS and Eastern Wayne HS Alumni!

Get ready to show your school pride and unleash your competitive spirit! We are inviting you to also participate in our Legacy Walkathon, and we need your help to make it a historic success.

The Challenge

We want to see which graduating class can rally the most support and claim the title of Legacy Walkathon Class Donation Winner! Whether you graduated six years ago or sixty years ago, every dollar raised brings your class closer to ultimate bragging rights!

Step Up as a Class Captain

We need a representative or a team captain for each graduating class to lead the charge. As a Class Captain, you will:

• Rally your former classmates, family, and friends.
• Inspire your network to give back and support the cause.
• Drive your class leaderboard straight to the top

Get Ready

Once the class representative or captain is chosen, we will help them create a class page on Zeffy and they'll get a fundraising link for them to start distributining to their classmates, family and friends. More details to come! Start reaching out to your old friends, pull out your old class attire and start strategizing!
